Cardio & Full Body Workout
Be prepared to elevate your heart rate! This is a high-energy cardio session that also serves as a full-body workout. You'll be moving to the rhythm and using the step to engage various muscle groups.
Fun & Learning
The final goal is for you to have fun, sweat, and learn some new choreography! We focus on keeping the atmosphere light and encouraging.
Equipment Provided
No need to bring your own! All steps platforms are provided for the class.

Pace
While the class is energetic, modifications and variations will be offered so you can work at your own pace.
What to Bring
Comfortable athletic wear, supportive sneakers, a water bottle, and a small towel if you wish.
Duration
The class is 45 minutes long.
